Other duties may be assigned./pulliAnswers hotel phones, greets visitors and provides information as requested for the sales office./liliDistributes incoming mail and processes outgoing correspondence including shipments through UPS, Fed Ex, etc./liliMaintains hotel sales office files and ensures that sales office is kept neat and clean and that business center is fully stocked./liliPrepares hotel sales reports as directed and updates reader boards./liliMaintains inventory of office supplies and forms and creates door signs for meetings./liliFinalizes banquet event orders (BEO) and rooming lists for functions./liliConducts property tours and handles transportation requests./liliMeets and/or exceeds individual quantitative revenue and production goals set forth by the general manager and/or director of operations./liliMakes up sales kits and client gifts and sends out thank you letters./liliFollows up on payment issues/adjustments with property accountant and corporate office as necessary./li/ulpResponsible for following all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the KHC handbook and property specific guidelines/standards. These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards.
