Were looking for a proven Account Executive with experience across EMEA to be a key member of our Enterprise Sales team and grow Kustomer exponentially. Youll partner with the SDR team, Partnerships and your marketing colleagues to build a book of business within your territory, while maintaining the relationships you have already nurtured over the years. As an Enterprise AE youll play a key role in driving Kustomers sales initiatives while participating in webinars and virtual industry events. This role is remote and based in the UK, reporting to our Head of Sales/EMEA./ppYoull be responsible for:/pulliWorking with the sales leadership team to define and execute on quarterly/annual sales goals/liliConsistently meeting sales quotas and driving the sales process forward for the business/liliPartnering with Customer Success to develop and create new opportunities within our existing EMEA portfolio of customers/liliDriving acquisition of new clients through the full sales life cycle for Kustomer/liliSuccessfully delivering our value proposition, product demonstration and core values/liliRepresenting Kustomer as an industry thought leader in the market/liliMaintaining an understanding of the competitive market space to effectively position Kustomer/liliAttending industry events and growing Kustomers presence within the market/liliCoordinating closely with our customer experience team to ensure seamless onboarding for clients/li/ulpYour qualifications:/pulli5-10 years of quota ($1M USD +) carrying sales experience/liliSold to Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles/liliProven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas/liliExperience working at early-stage growth Startups/liliExperience and technical savvy to conduct own demos/liliExperience selling to the CX side of the house (bonus)/liliSold a Saas CRM solution in the past (bonus)/liliMultilingual a plus but not required/liliOperate with a business owner mentality and approach prospects and customers as a trusted business partner/li/ulpHIPAA Compliance/ppAll roles at Kustomer may involve handling sensitive personal data./ppBenefits/ppKustomer offers an array of benefits including competitive salaries and stock options.
