The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales./ppEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned./pulliManage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies/liliEnsure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone/liliConvert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives/liliEnter and update information in a customer management database/liliExercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities/liliResponsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing
Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)/liliGenerate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc./liliMaintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities/liliGenerate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail/liliCoordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients/liliConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company/liliAbility to work overtime/li/ulpEducation and/or experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training./ppSuperb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills/ppAbility to work well within a team/ppProvide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities/ppStrong organizational and follow-through skills/ppAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications/ppProficiency with MS Office and email/ppPreferred qualifications: Licensing requirements vary by state/ppCome join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
