As a Sales Specialist, you will drive direct commercial outcomes, meet clear revenue and adoption targets, and act as the go-to expert helping customers understand the value of Kplers chartering and communication solutions./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliOwn revenue and adoption KPIs for Chartering and Inbox solutions./liliDrive pipeline generation and progression, ensuring targets are hit consistently./liliLead high-impact product demos tailored to charterers, operators, brokers, and traders./liliManage proof-of-value and trial cycles end-to-end, addressing workflows, objections, and ROI./liliSupport Global AMs on certain deals and negotiations with product-specific expertise./liliTrack competitor landscapes across chartering and maritime email providers./liliDeliver insights to Product and PMM to strengthen positioning and accelerate product development./liliEnsure Sales has sharp, up-to-date messaging, battlecards, and use-case narratives./liliAct as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, aligning product capabilities to chartering workflows and operational pain points./liliPartner with Customer Success to ensure strong onboarding and expansion opportunities./liliRepresent Kpler at client meetings, events, and webinars as a subject-matter expert for Chartering

Inbox./liliDrive awareness and preference for Kpler across the maritime ecosystem./li/ulpYou could be a good fit if you have:/pulli5+ years of SaaS sales experience (Minimum of 3 years experience in chartering software, maritime tech, freight SaaS or commercial shipping roles)/liliSolid understanding of pre-fixture workflows, vessel screening, email/communication flows, and operational data needs/liliProven experience in quota-bearing or KPI-driven roles./liliStrong presentation, storytelling, and discovery skills./liliAbility to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles./liliPrevious experience with maritime email providers (Desirable)/li/ulpWe are a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions to tackle market challenges head-on.
