Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of clients and finding solutions to them, and answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a call center that works 24/7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone./ppRequirements include specific computer specifications for Intel, AMD, and Macintosh processors, minimum RAM, storage, and graphics requirements. Main internet speed requirements include jitter below 10ms, latency below 160ms, and upload and download speeds of more than 25mbps and 40mbps respectively. Power backup must sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift), and internet backup with secondary internet must meet the same jitter, latency, upload, and download speed requirements.
