Remote - New York; Headways mission is a big one to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. Weve built technology that helps people find great therapists with the first software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance. 1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers dont accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. Since then, weve grown into a diverse, national network of over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better. Reporting directly to the GM of Patient, youll be a key partner in crafting and executing seamless, impactful customer experiences. You'll be responsible for launching new products, evolving the Headway brand, building a high-performing team, and translating complex value propositions into compelling marketing strategies that resonate across a diverse customer base. As one of a small number of senior leaders, youll play a leadership role in a rapidly scaling organization, collaborating with leaders across Product, Performance Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, and Operations, and help shape the broader strategy of a rapidly scaling organization. Build & lead a top-performing team of Product Marketers, Brand Strategists, and Comms professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Define and own the overarching product marketing strategy to ensure alignment with company goals, product roadmaps, and market opportunities. Craft and evolve compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates Headways unique value to each of our target audiences. Own product launches end-to-end, introducing new capabilities to our customers and reinforcing key value propositions Establish and track KPIs, continuously analyzing performance and optimizing strategies to improve brand reach, customer engagement, and business impact. Shape and activate the Headway brand, building trust and recognition in the market. Have 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on brand and product marketing, including 7+ years leading high-performing teams. Have a track record of successfully leading both 01 GTM strategies and scaled product launches across multiple customer segments. Possess strong crossfunctional collaboration skills, with proven experience influencing stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and operations. Are datadriven and resultsoriented, with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and frameworks that connect marketing efforts to business outcomes.
