In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S./ppWe are looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join our Mayer team in West Columbia, SC!/ppSummary: Employees level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The Counter Sales Representative is a resource for immediate service and product knowledge for our customers. Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders. Works closely with the branch team to assist in receiving, shipping, and stocking./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliProvide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns/liliAssist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships/liliAssist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized/liliAssist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries/liliStay informed and educated on product knowledge/liliAssist inside sales as needed/liliInform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer/liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/ulpJob Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
