The ideal candidate will focus on marketing strategies to acquire new mortgage banking clients, nurture existing relationships, and re-engage prior clients to drive long-term growth and customer lifetime value./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliDesign and implement strategic marketing campaigns./liliManage marketing communications projects./liliConduct market research and analyzing campaign performance./liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners./liliOversee a marketing team./liliManage marketing regulatory compliance controls and testing processes./liliDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across Delegated and Non-Delegated Correspondent Lending./liliElevate and maintain brand consistency across all platforms, communications, and client touchpoints./liliPartner with sales and operations leaders to create targeted campaigns that drive client growth and retention./liliCollaborate with Event Management to plan and execute industry events, sponsorships, and trade group engagements./liliOversee the creation of marketing collateral, product announcements, branded merchandise, and media outreach./liliLeverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and ROI./liliSupport the development of sales tools and partner programs that enhance client acquisition and retention./liliBuild and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable results./liliManage website resources, tracking tools, and client acquisition features to ensure relevance and usability./liliLead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulli7+ years of related experience in Marketing Communications, Mortgage Banking or Financial Services or similar field./liliBachelors degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred./liliPrevious leadership experience required./liliIntermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services./liliIntermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices./liliAdvanced expertise in designing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth, digital marketing, brand strategy, SEO, social media and integrated campaigns./liliAdvanced analytical skills and experience using data to drive targeting and segmentation./liliAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, with attention to detail./liliAdvanced speaking and writing communication skills./li/ulpCompensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $115,435.00 - $142,595.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
