Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time, we have the right hours for you, to accommodate school schedules, family, or other activities that are important to you./ph3General Function/h3pProvide customers total solutions to their battery, bulb, and services problems while doing so in a courteous, professional and helpful manner./ph3Essential Responsibilities/h3pCustomer Service / Sales:/pulliGreet customers, determine needs and answer questions/liliSuggest sell add-on items, participate in retail store and commercial sales activities in order to achieve sales and profit goals/liliAsk questions to identify potential commercial customers/liliOperate computer/cash register to complete sales transactions with accuracy/liliAnswer phones, ensuring messages are relayed/liliWatch for loss prevention issues and advise management of any unusual activities/liliDemonstrate a customer-first mentality/li/ulpTechnical:/pulliInstall batteries, perform tests and tech work/liliRepair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures and other devices as needed/liliReplace screens, batteries and other components on smartphones and tablets/liliCut keys and reprogram key fob remotes/li/ulh3Merchandising / Inventory/h3pAssist in all store operations responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager or Assistant Manager/pulliRotate and stock inventory/liliLoad, unload, and deliver or arrange delivery of product to customers or via third party delivery companies/liliOrganize daily recovery of displays to achieve full store appearance/liliMaintain retail shelf label pricing/liliBuild displays; setting up
taking down shelves and fixtures/liliPrepare store for daily opening and closing including counting and reconciling register drawers/liliMaintain physical facility safety and appearance including mowing lawn, removing snow, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
