If you would like to bring your knowledge and expertise to an industry leader we would love to hear from you./ppstrongIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:/strong/pulliSupport Emerson Global Trade Compliance efforts to maintain and enhance Pressure Management process and procedures regarding regulated trade activities (imports, exports, trade programs)./liliPerform basic legislative and regulatory impact analysis./liliEnsure compliance with all applicable import and export regulatory requirements./liliCorrespond with external organizations such as customs brokers, freight forwarders/agents and carriers./liliPerform regular import/export operational compliance audits per Emerson and Trade Compliance Management System guidelines to ensure due diligence/reasonable care with regulatory requirements and implement corrective actions as vital./liliSupporting Pressure Management products for import and export purposes in accordance with the U.S. Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Other Government Agencies (OGA) as applicable./li/ulpstrongWho You Are:/strong/ppYou quickly and significantly act in fact-changing, unexpected situations.
