divh2Seasonal Customer Service Representative/h2pThe Seasonal Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience./ppThe seasonal employment window will begin in mid May 2026, will end on or before October 31, 2026, and cannot exceed a total of 150 days./ppThis position pays $19.00/hour and is located in one of our offices within the Providence County, Rhode Island area./ppMultiple schedules are available, inclusive of weekends and holidays. We are hiring for full time (40 hours/week) schedule. Schedules to be discussed during interview process./ppMeet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner/ppProvide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment/ppOffer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information/ppAnswer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors/ppPlace outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned/ppAssist to assess condition of rental upon return/ppNotify Management of any known customer problems/ppNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance/ppContinuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training/ppEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/ppMust be at least 18 years old/ppHigh School Diploma or GED required/ppMust currently have a valid US drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years./ppNo drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years./ppMust have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience/ppMust have a basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office products/ppMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future./p/div
