Promote our philosophy, values, and support our purpose and strategic objectives./ppGreet and receive customers in a welcoming manner./ppDemonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skills on the selling floor./ppDrive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge./ppRespond to customers questions./ppDirect customers by escorting them to Fitting Rooms, merchandise and sales counter./ppUse new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution as tools to service our customer./ppActs as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customers experience./ppPossesses basic math and money handling skills with the ability to process payment using store point of sale system./ppPerform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards./ppPerform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well-organized space (i.e., vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping, etc.)./ppPerform opening and closing procedures as needed./ppAble to grasp new concepts quickly and is receptive to new information./ppPossesses strong written and verbal communication skills./ppPerforms other related duties and assignments as required./ppLooking for a team player with retail experience, open availability, and comfortable using technology devices./ppStore Business Hours: Monday-Saturday 10-6PM/Sunday 10-5PM/ppBenefits:/pulliMonthly Store Bonus Incentives/liliAnnual Company Bonus Plan/liliEmployee Stock Ownership Plan/lili401(K)/liliPaid Time Off/liliComprehensive Health Insurance for full-time employees (medical, dental, life ins, etc.)/liliWellness Reimbursement Program (education, PTO related expenses, spa services, fitness/ exercise fees, etc.)/liliUniform Allowance/liliEmployee and Friends
