Tools Youll Use:/h3ulliGoogle Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)/liliDotloop (Transaction Management)/liliFollow Up Boss (CRM)/liliTodoist (Task Management)/liliSWIFT (Listing Management Platform)/liliPadSplit Marketplace (Listing Platform)/li/ulh3Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):/h3h4Listings Support:/h4ulliCreate Google Drive folders for all listings and pull required documents/liliPrep listing agreements and documents in Dotloop/liliData entry and preparation of listings in SWIFT/liliGrow into responsibility of pushing listings live/liliFinalize listing setup post-launch/liliTrack and monitor paperwork and signatures/liliMaintain monthly financial reports for PadSplit properties/liliKeep all team and seller inventory spreadsheets updated/liliCollect showing feedback and communicate with team and sellers/liliNotify occupied properties of showings (Padsplit properties)/liliOrganize incoming offers on listings/liliMaintain PadSplit Marketplace listings/liliExecute listing checklists for all active properties/liliReverse prospecting tasks as needed/liliManage Follow Up Boss Deal Board for seller transactions/li/ulh4Additional Support:/h4ulliPrepare buyer documents for team agents (buyer brokerage agreements, offers, etc.)/liliManage and assign incoming Padsplit Marketplace leads/liliSupport general team operational needs/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3h3Ideal Candidate Has:/h3ulliReal estate experience in the state of Georgia/liliStrong working knowledge of Google Suite tools/liliExperience using CRM systems like Follow Up Boss/liliAbility to learn new platforms quickly/liliHighly organized with utmost attention to detail/liliStrong communication skills, both written and verbal/liliAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment/liliA solutions-oriented mindset/li/ulh3Benefits:/h3/div
