Fluent in both business strategy and Salesforce platform intricacies, you will provide trusted guidance on industry and Salesforce best practices, engaging with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that drive client success. You will mentor and direct delivery teams, enforce architectural governance, and deliver high-impact solutions that blend strategic vision with hands-on leadership./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPre-sales discovery, documenting business requirements, functional requirements technical requirements in a pre-sales environment to generate a solution, estimate and Scope of Work/liliWork with Practice Director(s) in resourcing sold Scopes of Work/liliWork closely with key stakeholders (internal client facing) to capture business needs, define requirements and business processes/liliCreate detailed Solution Designs for scopes of work to accurately and clearly reflect business requirements, the technical solution, and overall project plan to deliver a successful outcome./liliWork with technical architects and developers to ensure all solution designs follow leading principles and practices and work estimates are accurate./liliLead project implementation oversee architectural design, while working directly with our Practice Director, Solution Architect, Project Manager, and team of Analysts Developers to ensure project delivery is on track/liliFacilitate project introduction, kick off meetings weekly client status meetings, while creating and managing project timeline/liliProviding technical QA of completed work to ensure compliance with build standards, requirements, and recommended practices/liliDesign and deliver end user training for clientele, as needed/liliWork with client to continue engagement with new projects develop a clear roadmap of new initiatives for discussion, as needed/liliAssume joint responsibility for the success of the project end-to-end with Project Manager delivery team members/li/ulh3Experience Requirements/h3pDemonstrated competency experience with all Salesforce core products/pulliMultiple Salesforce Certifications and a minimum of 5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform/liliExperience planning leading strategy/design workshops for complex engagements/liliExperience managing delivering multiple projects at the same time/liliExperience successfully leading and owning multiple enterprise strategic projects from end to end/liliExperience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders of organization from SMB to Enterprise/liliDetail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment - ability to manage a delivery team is a must!/liliStrong, dynamic communication skills - both written verbal - with ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization (both client prospect)/liliAbility to log time on a daily basis for client and project reporting needs/liliPositive minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook is critical/liliAbility to work - and thrive - in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environment/liliPrior leadership experience highly desired/liliSalesforce specializations in addition to Core platform a plus!/li/ulpThis position requires a minimum of 20% travel./ppWe appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role/opening./ppIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
