Safeguards (PSG) Compliance solutions for dealers. This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and resilience./ppThis role would cover a territory and the ideal candidate would be located in Virginia or Nashville, TN area and have the ability to travel regularly within their territory (roughly 20%) for meetings, conferences, internal events, etc./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliOwn the business plan for a defined geographic territory closing sales with new logo targets/liliUpsell and Cross sell into an existing book of business within a defined geographic territory/liliBuild and maintain a pipeline that is 3x annual quota target/liliMeet monthly and quarterly sales bookings targets by effectively managing the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables required to close new business/liliPrioritize opportunities and coordinate internal KPA resources to provide the best client experience/liliDevelop and execute a comprehensive territory plan/liliUse Salesforce to continuously update and maintain active deals for pipeline management, daily activity, and sales forecasting/liliRapidly become proficient in the value proposition of KPAs offering and demonstrate the ability to deliver that message in person, via webinar and by phone/liliActively participate in team meetings, share best practices, and maintain a positive, team player attitude

motivating others as necessary/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Product, Implementation, Field Team, and Executive Team to maximize sales pipeline, bookings and provide feedback into long-term KPA strategy/li/ulh3Success Criteria:/h3ulliAmbitious. You have used Salesforce and can leverage technology to sell services and software to buyers in the automotive space./li/ulh3Qualifications and Requirements:/h3ulliGenerally, 3+ years of quota carrying sales experience in a B2B environment/liliPrevious experience selling software and services in the automotive industry/liliConsistent, proven over-achievement in past quota carrying roles/liliHigh intensity and drive to achieve immediate results, meeting and exceeding sales targets/liliAdept in identifying and winning new business/liliStrong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers will buy and how to leverage that information/liliHighly effective communication skills that convey professionalism in all written, verbal, and virtual meetings/liliAbility to identify which internal teammates are needed to address prospects questions and propel deals forward./liliProficient working with Salesforce and MS Office suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Chorus and/or Outreach a plus./liliPositive attitude and a team player/liliProfessional appearance and executive presence/li/ulh3Compensation:/h3ulliAnnual Base Salary $70k-75k plus uncapped commissions/liliOn Target Earnings (OTE) $162-167k/li/ulpDont meet every job requirement?
