An organization earns this distinction when its employees have expressed their trust in the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with./ppAs a Production Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Kyoceras Production Print products./ppThe chance to do something meaningful, to challenge yourself, to be a part of change in an industry, and to influence change doesnt come around every day./ph2Responsibilities/h2pSelling Kyoceras Production Print products with a primary focus on Kyoceras TASKalfa Pro 15000c Production Ink Jet system./ppThis is a Hunter role and is responsible for new business growth and development, including identifying production target accounts, prospecting, scheduling client introductions and meetings, and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new business./ppEstablish relationships with assigned targeted production accounts, market the TASKalfa 15000c benefits/differentiators, and manage the sales cycle, and close sales./ppAggressively pursue target accounts and present our companys values and our competitive advantages. /ppPerform on-site needs assessments and conduct client value proposition presentations./ppConduct/participate in High Volume Account Reviews with Sales Management to uncover opportunities for expansion and upselling the TASKalfa 15000c in the current account base./ppMeet or exceed sales objectives and provide customers with the highest standard of support through follow-up contact and consultation including product training after the sale./ppStay abreast of technological evolution and apply an understanding of how it applies to customers and prospects./ppManage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging additional support as needed./ppShare innovative ideas and best practices that can potentially enhance Kyoceras competitive advantage in the Inkjet technology market./ppEffectively manage pipeline and record activity in the assigned CRM tools./ph2Qualifications/h2pA minimum of 5 years of Production Print Sales Experience./ppBe proficient and able to discuss variable print data, production workflow solutions, software, and network applications./ppDemonstrated an aptitude to develop and maintain strong customer relationships./ppExcellent communication skills (oral and written and presentation skills)./ppAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment./ppAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks./ppExcellent time and territory management skills./ppTrustworthy and ethical in business dealings./ppHigh energy, self-confidence, self-motivated, and goal driven./ppDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability./ppWorkflow Software and Technology literate./ppA positive team player./ppEngage resources for pre-sale support./ppPreferred: Experience with high-volume production inkjet devices./ppExperience with Fiery Print Controllers and software applications./ppNote/ppThis is a general description of the duties and responsibilities most frequently required of this position.
