The group is currently searching for a manager to lead projects in the areas of federal credits including research and development (RD) tax credits, fixed asset services including cost segregation studies and fixed asset outsourcing, and Green Building tax incentives such as Sections 179D and 45L./ppA successful candidate will be prepared to assist the current leadership in expanding revenue by working with practice offices on existing clients and external opportunities coming through our business development team and possess the following skills:/pulliDevelop and execute project work plans/liliLead technical interviews with client personnel such as scientists and engineers/liliDevelop appropriate quantitative and qualitative documentation to support project results/liliIdentify value-added opportunities and work in a team environment to develop business/liliExhibit proven leadership and project management skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment to meet and exceed client expectations./liliStrong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills./liliStrong data management skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx./liliAbility to mentor and develop staff and seniors, including on the job technical training and coaching./liliExceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships./liliPersonal drive to develop self/others and provide leadership insight to the existing leadership team/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliBachelors degree in engineering or accounting, MST is a plus/liliAt least 4+ years experience in public accounting; strong preference for Big 4 or large regional firm experience/liliExperience in the subject matter areas described above preferred/liliProficiency with building energy modeling software required for a manager focused in our Green Building services/liliModerate travel may be required/liliCPA or PE credential required/li/ulpWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowes values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
