Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree./ppWe are looking to add a Key Account Manager to our Corpus Christi team!/ppThis is a sales position where the primary activity is maintaining business at the customer location and determining additional opportunities within customer location./ppSpecific responsibilities include:/pulliProviding value added consultative program control advice to our customers/liliFocus to maintain and grow revenue at customer location/liliReview treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater treatment) to ensure effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention./liliAid in managing site projects and priorities, have ownership for the expected level of service provided, develop and maintain business relationships./liliAid in the Development and support of site team./liliConduct annual business reviews./liliManagement of customer inventories on site including coordinating orders and deliveries/liliMaintain and build business/customer relationships./liliConduct the necessary site and LMS training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites./liliEstablish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC./liliManage profitability of the account/liliReview territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring:/pulliBachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field/liliMust live within 45 minutes of Corpus Christi, TX or be willing to relocate./liliHave previous experience in Refineries/Industrial Water Treatment, especially boilers, cooling towers and waste water/liliPossess strong relationship management skills and be able to establish relationships at all levels of management/li/ulpPerks!/pulliCompetitive health + wellness benefit plan/liliContinuous professional development with many opportunities for growth!/liliRecharge with 15 days of paid time off/liliCompetitive Salary and bonuses/lili401k Plan/liliCompany car for travel convenience/li/ulpCome work with us at Solenis, where you can build a career that makes a difference./ppWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
