If youre ready to make a difference, have fun, and reach new heights with the best team around, come join the herd!/ppAs An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will.../polliQualify, follow up, educate and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects further into Cribls sales process/liliEfficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads according to set SLAs/liliGenerate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribls qualification criteria/liliResearch target new accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, emails and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns/liliLeverage taught sales techniques to maximize customer interactions enough to provide high level introduction/liliUse of strong selling and influencing skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business challenges to effectively pitch how Cribl solves them/liliLog, track, and maintain Salesforce consistently according to Cribls lead to opportunity flow process/liliAccurately distribute leads/meetings through discovery to assigned sales executives/liliConsistently achieve meeting quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met/liliWork closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as required/liliAttend sales meetings, training, and local trade shows to keep current with technology/liliWork directly with marketing to drive continuous improvement in lead quality conversion rates and pipeline generation/li/olpWe are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours/ppIf Youve Got It - We Want It/pulliMinimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience/liliFamiliarity with systems. Specifically Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools/liliExcellent written/verbal communication skills/liliStrong business and tech acumen/liliHighly motivated, driven and self-starting individual/liliAbility to work in a fast paced, team environment/liliAbility to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale/liliExcellent time management/organizational skills/liliPrior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree will enhance your consideration for this role/li/ulpSalary Range ($56,000-$63,000)/ppThe total compensation offered for this position includes a commission/incentive plan. The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered will be based on the individual candidates job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
