divh2Service Sales Representative/h2pShambaugh is looking for a Service Sales Representative who will be responsible for working with the Service Team to sell Life Safety Service, Preventative Maintenance, and Quote Service Repairs./pp#shambaugh/ph2Essential Duties
Responsibilities/h2olliGenerate sales for fire life safety service./liliService includes deficiencies from inspections, preventative maintenance, and service repairs. The position does not include inspection sales./liliFollow-up on existing inspection agreement customers to verify preventative maintenance is being conducted as required./liliQuote deficiencies that are generated from life safety inspections no later than 48 hours after the inspection has been completed./liliLook at work requested, assemble a material list while onsite, and create a proposal for customer./liliPrepare written quotes with scopes detailing services being provided./liliFollow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured./liliAssist customers of the phone with emergency situations along with customer service for technical questions./liliOther duties as assigned./liliAssist service manager, coordinator, and other sales personnel as needed./liliAbility to multi-task and handle many projects./liliFlexibility with schedule changes on a daily basis./liliProfessional attire required for position./li/olh2Qualifications/h2ulliKnowledgeable of NFPA fire protection codes./liliProven record of sales capabilities./liliExperience in fire sprinkler design a plus./liliLife safety knowledge preferred with a focus in sprinkler
