This role is focused on building business relationships, generating quotes and orders to achieve and exceed sales goals./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliInitiates, manages, and develops business while possessing a sense of urgency and meticulous follow-up/liliGrows and maintains customer base to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals cultivates and maintains long term, professional relationships with customers with the intent to grow sales and help customers achieve their growth objectives/liliAttends and participates in Trade Shows to effectively and appropriately represent Bailey and its products/liliConducts cold calls in a targeted sales effort and establish community contacts/liliCultivates leads and seek out new business opportunities by developing a referral network that can generate leads/liliInitiates phone calls and manage mailers for potential business/liliAnswers phone calls from customers on a multi-line phone system/liliFollows up on all leads and referrals resulting from outbound calls or from in-bound leads/liliHelps determine type of products that will best match customers needs/liliEstablishes and maintains both current and potential customer relationships/liliMaintains customer record logs, and lists electronically/liliPrepares a variety of status reports, including activity follow-up and adherence to goals/liliWorks independently and make proactive sales decisions in an efficient and effective manner./liliMaintains customer base to ensure sales volumes are steady or increasing/liliDevelop relationships in a sales focus with customer base to encourage future business/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliAt least one year of work-related experience in a sales or customer service role/lipstrongPreferred/strong/pulliWorking knowledge of NetSuite/liliBi-lingual speaking (fluent in Spanish/English or French/English)/liliHydraulics industry experience/li/ul/ulh3Essential Job Function/h3ulliWorks autonomously and collaboratively in a fast past environment while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude/liliOutstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills/liliSits in an office environment and/ or in front of a computer for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/liliProficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook/liliStrong phone and active listening skills/liliLifts up to 10 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations/liliAbility to work overtime and weekends based on business needs/liliAbility to travel up to 25% of the time for meetings, training or other business needs with or without reasonable accommodation/liliWalks throughout a large facility with or without reasonable accommodations/li/ulpAt Bailey International, we prioritize culture and seek candidates who embody our core values: Passion, Teamwork, Creativity, and Delivery.
