divh2Bms Service Sales Executive/h2pControl Solutions Group, an EMCOR Group company, is seeking a highly motivated BMS Service Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our Building Management System Service Department. As a Service Sales Executive, under the direction of the Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to identify the scope of work, provide solutions and close sales. Familiarity with controls, BMS, BAS, DDC, Building Automation, Building Management, EPMS and Energy Management Systems are preferred/ppControl Solutions Group, Inc. specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of building automation systems, BMS, BAS, DDC, building management, EPMS and energy management systems ranging from the latest Internet-based open-architecture technologies to complex process systems. We provide turnkey building automation, critical and electrical facilities system monitoring and energy management systems installed by our construction contracting department as well as full service preventative maintenance, system upgrades and repairs to end users and clients through our Service Department/ppEssential Duties

Responsibilities:/pulliIdentify, target, and recommend potential opportunities to Service Manager./liliArrange meetings, initiate sales momentum, collect necessary information to build estimates and proposals using standardized tools and procedures/liliEstimate and develop proposals for service, retrofit control projects and service contracts that the Service Manager deems as having the requisite potential./liliWork with and negotiate with EMCOR/CSG vetted electrical sub-contractors for control installation and wring estimates. Same applies to other vendors providing sub-contract services on projects./liliAssist CSGs Service Manager on selling service contracts on new accounts./liliAttend pre-bid project meetings, walkthroughs and client meetings to record and compile information needed to assess project requirements./liliRelationship Management:/liulliEstablish and maintain relationships with Building Owners/Operators and Mechanical Contractors with the intent to sell and grow our Building Management Systems Service Business./liliCollaborate internally with the Administrators, Operations/Installation, Engineering and Service teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction./liliManage our customers on every level with the highest level of integrity and sense of urgency./liliDevelop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with members of the company, clients, subcontractors, and other trade contractors./li/ul/ulpQualifications:/pulliB.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred./liliMinimum of 4 years previous sales experience and a proven track record of sales success in Building Management Systems or Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities./liliFluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint./liliKnowledge of Visio and/or AutoCAD a plus./liliKnowledge of CRM and Bid Tracer a plus./liliBACnet Control Systems Sales experience a plus./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./liliStrong negotiation and closing skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliWillingness to travel as needed./liliMinimum 3-5 years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning, software integration operation, service, retrofit, and calibration./liliExtensive knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, configuration, management, security and diagnostics/li/ulpCompensation Range: 80K to 140K depending on experience + commission/ppBenefits: We are committed to providing employees with a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability, a 401(k) Savings Plan, College Coach and employee assistance program./ppNotice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
