Throughout the training program, candidates are exposed to all aspects of the industrial automation field including IT/Network, Cyber Security, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Solar and Sustainability, and much more. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses Electrical and Automation Fundamentals, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Product Seminars, Customer Inventory Control, Sales
Interpersonal Skills, Corporate Administrative Exposure Customer Relations, Information Technology, and Quality Assurance. Each trainees development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job, classroom, and home-study training./ppIndividuals should be self-motivated, sales-oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Reports to Profit Center Manager./ppstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/pulliBachelors degree (grad by start date, or in pursuit for interns)/liliMust be able to legally operate a motor vehicle/liliAbility to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a day/liliLift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pulliStrong written and oral communication skills/li/ulpstrongAdditional Competencies:/strong/pulliSelf-starter/liliSuperior organizational skills/liliWilling to adapt to business and customer needs/li/ulpstrongWorking Conditions:/strong/pulliIn person at the local profit center location/liliTeam environment with multifaceted groups and personnel/liliConditions vary based on the trainees current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments./liliDuring some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions.
