This position is accountable for increasing referral volume, cultivating and nurturing key relationships, growing market share, and expanding awareness of Avera HMEs comprehensive product lines. This role blends sales strategy, marketing outreach, provider education, and territory planning to drive measurable growth. Success is defined by increased referral share, enhanced provider satisfaction, stronger cross-continuum partnerships, and long-term business development./ppWhat You Will Do/pulliServe as the primary relationship owner for assigned clinics, hospitals, and referral sources, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships./liliLead structured six-week territory rotations with provider visits, performance reviews, and reactivation of underperforming accounts./liliTrack and analyze referral trends using market insights data, internal dashboards, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to target gaps and guide outreach strategy./liliCollaborate with clinic and branch managers to set provider-specific referral goals and support regional growth plans./liliPartner with leadership to identify new service lines or geographic gaps, and provide market-level insights to inform product, operational, and outreach strategies./liliSupport development of business cases for new payer models, territory expansion, or underserved provider groups./liliRepresent Avera HME at provider events, health fairs, and educational sessions to promote services and strengthen community relationships./liliCoordinate targeted marketing and provider education campaigns in partnership with internal clinical and outreach teams./liliElevate awareness of the full Avera HME portfolio, ensuring providers understand ordering workflows, qualifications, and available patient support resources./liliDocument all key activities, contacts, and goals in CRM systems to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability across departments./li/ulpEssential Qualifications/ppThe individual must be able to work the hours specified.
