We are searching for a highly motivated Manager/Senior Manager for Adobe Express. As an ambitious self-starter, you will help build communications plans and reports for Adobe Express, an app that allows individuals, students, teachers, and businesses to develop standout content to promote their passions and build their brands. Adobe Express also integrates with other core Adobe apps such as Acrobat/Acrobat Studio, GenStudio, and third-party apps like ChatGPT. This role plays a vital part in promoting awareness, education, and the reputation of Adobe Express, Acrobat Studio, and other key business initiatives. What You'll Do
Partner with the director on the end-to-end development of communication plans for key moments and ongoing coverage. Collaborate with agency partners to drive execution across key achievements, including drafting and finalizing communications plans, presentations, playbooks, press kits, prep materials, and more. Demonstrate a creative, "always on" media approach and drive consistent earned and paid coverage. Proactively build and maintain key media relationships with traditional and new media to support Express, Acrobat and other priority products. Collaborate with communications colleagues to integrate Express value where appropriate. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business priorities to adapt communication strategies. Partner with product marketing, social media, legal, and other teams to ensure consistent communication across all channels. Track, analyze, and report media results to assess performance and evolve PR strategies to become more impactful. Work with Adobe Acrobat PR leadership on joint media strategies and plans. What You Need To Succeed
8 years of experience in public relations or communications; tech PR experience preferred. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Proven track record of maintaining productive media relationships that drive positive coverage. Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively. Highly organized and diligent with strong project management skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,100 -- $200,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
