
Casino Marketing Coordinator
It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host/Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests. Responsibilities include processing reservations for hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc. The Coordinator must update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports. They should post outside show charges onto guests folios and assist the Casino Host/Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests. Interaction with various departments such as Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc. is also required. Other duties and responsibilities as requested. Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, availability to work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends. Analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills are necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate. Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required. Minimum age requirement is 21.
