In addition to the qualifications listed below, this individual will possess a strong can-do service attitude./ppIn this position, the qualified individual will require an intentional focus on:/pulliUse of Adobe InDesign to develop and coordinate materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and brochures, including subconsultant materials/liliOccasional design of custom graphics for proposal, qualification packages, presentations, leave-behind collateral, and advertisements which complement standard template and brand standards/liliResearch and technical writing to enhance our existing literature and develop new collateral/liliCoordination with business development leadership in strategic development of marketing collateral/liliUpdate and maintain marketing collateral and database./li/ulpIn addition, the qualified individual will also be responsible for:/pulliProject and client database management/liliIndustry research, data gathering, and reporting/liliSupport of business development team and positioning activities/liliOccasionally attend industry related organization functions and events/liliOccasionally assist with development and management of strategic local business development plan/liliAdditional related tasks as assigned/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliMinimum of five (5) years experience as a proposal/marketing coordinator in a professional services firm (i.e. construction, architecture, engineering or commercial real estate organization)./liliBA/BS degree with concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications highly preferred./liliStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
