We are seeking an Electrical Autocad Drafter to support our substation group. This role involves designing and drafting electrical components using Autocad, contributing to engineering projects within our team. Responsibilities: Draft electrical components for substation projects using Autocad. Collaborate with the substation group to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings and documentation. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Autocad for electrical design and drafting. Strong understanding of electrical design principles. Experience in engineering and drafting. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Any relevant certifications in Autocad or electrical engineering. Work Environment: This position is set within a collaborative team environment focused on supporting substation projects. The role primarily involves working with Autocad software to create detailed electrical designs. The work is project-based and may require adapting to various substation specifications and engineering standards. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leawood, KS. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
