Build is hiring an Outside Sales Representative at our rental facility in Shelbyville, TN, and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction./ppSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM/ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliSingle point contact that will present and sell Forge + Build products and services./liliUnderstands and maintains knowledge of all product services/liliBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, builders, developers, homeowners, etc./liliResponsible for all segments of the POS systems related to selling materials/liliFacilitates and fosters store partnership and collaboration within internal clients/liliResponsible for effective and timely communication information to store/internal client/liliDevelops and provides action items to improve issues with a sense of urgency./liliProduces accurate and timely quotes through all product lines and follow up with customers/liliContinuously builds and grows customer clients through developing and maintaining great customer experience/liliResponsible for collecting payment for invoices after sale from customers within reasonable expected payment terms./liliResponsible for continuously maintaining and understanding changes within the product lines to ensure product capabilities and accuracy of information/liliResponsible for constantly reviewing and analyzing data metrics to help develop and grow the business/li/ulh3Why EquipmentShare?/h3pBecause we do things differently

Qualifications/h3h3Required Skills/Abilities:/h3ulliPossess a valid drivers license and clean driving record./liliAuthorized to work in the U.S./liliStrong effective communication and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to analyze and develop strategy based on blueprints./liliMaintains monthly sales quotas and customer experience ratings./liliConsistently provides excellent experience to current and potential customers./liliStrong ability to present product lines to all sizes of groups and with effectively closing sales./liliStrong self-initiative with cold calling new prospects consistently./liliFosters a strong collaboration and partnership with the General Manager within the area of sales initiatives and responsibilities/liliLeads by example and inspires others to perform to their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times./liliDrives and executes performance through sales growth within area of responsibility/liliConsistently monitors sales metrics including, but not limited to KPIs, new account production; rate achievement; aged receivables, and customer satisfaction./liliEffectively, clearly, and accurately communicates in a fast-paced environment of a growing company and stays continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services./liliStrong self-initiative without constant follow up/liliAble to thrive in both collaborative and autonomous environments./liliSelf-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset./liliAbility to review, maintain and execute on metrics including KPIs and reports./liliMust be able to physically visit locations including job sites or customer businesses within an assigned territory./liliAdaptable and agile to quickly learn new and changing technologies and processes/liliEmbodies EquipmentShare mission and culture/liliAdherence to all company employee policies/liliRegular and reliable attendance/liliOther duties as assigned by management/li/ulh3Education and Experience:/h3ulliMinimum 3+ years of building material and lumber sales experience, preferably in outside sales./liliPrevious sales experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required/liliGeneral knowledge of the construction industry is a plus./liliExcellent written and oral communication skills./liliEffective organizational, time management, detail orientation, and problem solving abilities/liliEffective and consistent communication skills with internal and external customers/liliAbility to adapt quickly, thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment./liliAbility to understand how to drive and meet monthly sales objections./liliMust be able to drive and maintain a valid drivers license./liliInherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis./liliStrive for continuous improvement./li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for up to 10 hours a day/liliProlonged periods of standing during times of the workday/liliMust be able to lift up to 50+ pounds at times./liliAbility to drive vehicle both short and prolonged durations within assigned area/liliMay/li/ul/div
