Kreg Therapeutics/h2pThe Account Manager will play a crucial role in representing Kreg Therapeutics suite of specialty bed rental services to hospitals within their assigned territory. Reporting to the Area Vice President of Sales, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies at key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This role will focus on penetrating Level I and II trauma centers, ICU units, and other high-impact clinical environments to support Kregs mission of delivering specialized patient care solutions./ppPrimary Responsibilities/pulliAccount Strategy
Execution: Develop individual account plans that align with broader territory and regional sales goals. Execute these plans to drive increased utilization and widespread adoption of Verticalization Therapy across all ICUs./liliRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinical leaders and supply chain within each assigned hospital. Act as a liaison to promote understanding and trust in Kregs specialized bed solutions./liliProduct Knowledge
Demonstrations: Become an expert in Kregs full product line, with a primary focus on Catalyst. Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations at customer sites, explaining how Kregs clinical solutions improve patient outcomes and operational efficiencies./liliPipeline Development
Tracking: Develop and manage healthy sales pipeline and manage accounts from prospecting through to contract execution. Use Monday.com to track all opportunities, clinical engagements, and ongoing customer needs./liliMarket Intelligence: Gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Share these insights with the Area VP and other relevant stakeholders to refine sales approaches and improve market positioning./liliQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Support the Area VP in conducting QBRs with key accounts, presenting Kregs value propositions, and identifying additional revenue opportunities./liliCross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Clinical Engagement Managers to address clinical needs, coordinate product evaluations, and implement clinical solutions in customer accounts./liliContracting Process: Manage current contracts with hospital supply chains to expand rental products, renewals, price increases, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts./li/ulpRequirements/pulliExperience: 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in hospital or healthcare-related sales. Prior experience in trauma, ICU, or other high-acuity clinical environments preferred./liliCommunication
Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical staff, supply chain administrators, and decision-makers within hospital systems./liliSales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals, with a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques./liliHealthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital sales cycles, clinical practice, and healthcare systems./liliTravel: This position requires daily local travel.
