We offer:/pulliCompetitive salaries and benefits offerings/liliMedical/dental/vision insurance and voluntary insurance options/liliHealth Savings Account funding/lili401k matching program/liliCompany paid Life and Short-Term Disability Plans/liliSupplemental Life and Long-Term Disability Options/liliComprehensive Wellness Program/liliGenerous PTO Package - Vacation, Holiday, Sick, and Personal Time Off/liliGreat work/life balance because thats important for all of us!/liliFocus on creating a meaningful environment through employee engagement events./liliThe ability to be a part of a motivated, winning team with the opportunity to learn from colleagues who are amongst the top talent in the industry!/liliGrowth potential - HUB is constantly growing and so can your career!/liliA rewarding career that helps local businesses in the community/liliStrong community support and involvement through HUB Gives/li/ulpThe Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager is responsible for assisting Account Managers and Producers with the servicing of assigned accounts in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company./ppEssential duties and responsibilities include:/pulliPrepares, reviews, and processes all transactions, correspondence, and documents, for assigned accounts, including but not limited to the following:/liulliApplications/liliBilling/liliPolicies/liliCertificates and evidences of insurance/liliEndorsements/liliInvoices/liliProposals for new and renewal accounts/liliChange requests/liliAudits/liliAnnual reviews/liliBinders/liliCancellations/liliSetting up new/renewal client electronic files/li/ulliParticipates in the renewal preparation process, including generating renewal updates on accounts specified by the Account Manager and/or Producer/liliProvides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers/liliCommunicates with company personnel regarding the clients needs and/or issues/liliMaintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response/liliNavigates and utilizes carrier websites to obtain documents and/or information as needed/liliMay fields phone calls from insureds regarding questions about their coverage, changes, additions, payments, cancellations etc./liliResponsible for scanning communications and documents/liliInput/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required/liliProvide mailroom and switchboard support, when needed/liliOther reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAt least one year of insurance experience strongly preferred/liliHigh School diploma or equivalent/liliAbility to obtain state insurance license PC within 90 days of employment/liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills/liliSuperior customer service and problem-solving skills./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)/liliDetail-oriented self-starter/liliAbility to work in a team environment/liliSignificant skill in handling competing demands and projects/liliExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility/li/ulpDepartment: Account Management
