Manpower is seeking an outgoing customer service associate to join our client's team as an Inbound Call Representative! We are looking for one full time and one part time for role. Hours: Day Shift start time can vary Pay: $12.00 per hour What will you do? - Schedule patient appointments - Manage large numbers of inbound calls - Research customer needs and provide solutions - Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions - Communicate effectively with patients with hearing difficulties What makes you a great fit? - Customer Service and Call Center experience - High School diploma or equivalent - Strong computer skills - Excellent telephone communication skills - Organized, driven, team-oriented, and positive - Must be a quick learner Who is Manpower?
