The Company is in search of a Director, Human Resources with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and supporting HR programs and initiatives for a global business. The successful candidate will be adept at building relationships, fostering influence-based partnerships, and nurturing a strong company culture. This role demands a strategic and innovative thinker with a strong background in talent programs, particularly in the development of high-quality tools and resources. The Director, HR, will serve as an HRBP expert, guiding leadership in all HR aspects, and will be responsible for employee activities such as recruitment, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
