UX/UI Designer & Web Developer (Shopify & Webflow) Job at 6th Man in Town of Ghe

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong technical skills. Someone who thinks in flows, structure, and user intent and can turn those ideas into real, working products in Shopify and Webflow.

You understand both design and development and take ownership of the final result.

You’ll join a small, senior team where design, development, and performance work closely together.

What you’ll be working on

• UI/UX design for websites and webshops (B2B, SaaS, and e-commerce)
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and UX structures based on real use cases
• Conducting UX research and improving usability and conversion
• Translating designs into production-ready builds in Webflow and Shopify
• Shopify theme development and customization using Liquid
• Collaborating with strategists and marketers on performance-driven projects
• Building scalable design systems and reusable components

Within 1 month

• You’re contributing to active projects
• You’ve delivered your first wireframes and UI designs
• You’ve built or optimized a Webflow or Shopify page

Within 3 months

• You own complete website or webshop projects
• You actively contribute to UX, structure, and conversion decisions
• You ship faster, more consistent, and higher-impact work

Within 6 months

• Your work has a visible impact on conversion and performance
• Clients trust your UX and technical decisions
• You help raise the bar for design and build standards across the team
• You are building websites so pretty, everyone needs to see them

Skills we’re looking for

• Experience with wireframing and user flow design
• Hands-on UX research
• Webflow development
• Shopify theme development (Liquid)

Tech stack knowledge

• Figma for UI/UX design and collaboration
• Webflow for high-quality front-end builds
• Shopify (Liquid) for theme development and customization
• React and Next.js (plus)
• Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience with Tailwind
• Understanding of performance optimization, CRO, and technical SEO
• Experience with component-based design systems
