The Advancement Director reports to the Principal and is responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination and evaluation of the enrollment management, development, communications and constituent/public relations programs of the school - activities that create a supportive climate for enrollment and fundraising. This is all in an effort to provide sufficient resources to ensure the School can achieve its mission. The right candidte must be a practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic Education. He or she must exhibit a passion in articulating the mission of Holy Cross Regional School to students, parents, faculty and the community. Experience in enrollment management, development, sales, marketing, communication and/or volunteer management a plus. Experience in a a parochial or not-for-profit environment preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
If the position is offered, the candidate will be required to complete the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Additional information regarding this training can be found here .
