Tasks & Responsibilities
Support and maintenance of the existing SAP HCM system, customization, and implementation of new features, including design, documentation, and support
Planning and implementation of SAP projects
Advising and supporting end users in their day-to-day business in the areas of time management and payroll accounting
Contact for specialist departments and external partners
Work is primarily done remotely (Consulting usually means local flexibility, but in the area of HCM we have very little travel)
Your Profile
Good knowledge and experience in customizing the SAP HCM module with a focus on HCM-PT and HCM-PY, as well as in-depth knowledge of interfaces to other SAP modules
Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ABAP, and forms is desirable
Very good analytical and conceptual skills paired with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills and customer focus, as well as enjoyment of working in a team
Good German skills and, ideally, good English skills round off your profile
