groundcover has built a radically different approach to cloud-native observability that competitors cant match. Were a fast-growing Series B startup delivering the most modern, developer-first observability platform for cloud-native environments. As Growth Marketing Manager, youll own the engine that turns awareness into pipeline. This is a handson role where youll execute campaigns, partner with Sales, and help define strategy: Lead multichannel campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, and others) focused on acquisition, lead generation, and target accounts. Collaborate closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure campaigns align with pipeline goals and drive measurable results. Analyze campaign performance, track CAC and ROI, and optimize through A/B testing and experimentation. Run lifecycle marketing programs, including inbound and reengagement nurtures, and focus on personalization for target accounts. Partner across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to amplify campaigns and GTM initiatives. youll primarily work on driving pipeline rather than customer marketing. Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid 3 days/week in office) 2+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing. ~ Proven success running multichannel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. ~ Handson experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot. ~ comfortable interpreting data to guide strategy and optimize performance. ~ Curious, creative, and adaptable enjoys experimenting, learning, and iterating in a fastmoving startup. ~ Familiarity with observability or developer tools is a bonus.
