Senior Salesforce Developer with LWC and Copado

Responsibilities The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs. The candidate will collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and participate across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and support. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing Salesforce DevOps processes using Copado, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, improving scalability and maintainability, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices. The candidate will also provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards. Required Skill The candidate should have over five years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, Salesforce configuration, and platform architecture. A minimum of three years of experience working with Lightning Web Components is required, along with practical exposure to building responsive and high-performing user interfaces. The role also requires at least two years of experience using Copado for Salesforce DevOps, including CI CD pipelines, metadata deployments, version control, and release management. Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, standard and custom objects, deployment processes, and metadata management is essential. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, is required. Desired Skill Experience with Salesforce APIs for integrating external systems using REST or SOAP is preferred. Familiarity with Git-based version control and branching strategies within Copado is an added advantage. Candidates with experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing Salesforce security and governance best practices will be highly valued.
