We are an award winning State Farm agency focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers and creating success for our team. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: 1. Must have prior experience and an active Auto and Fire insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Corvallis, OR. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification What we provide: Hourly pay starting at $18-$20 depending on experience Commission Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Health and Dental insurance Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements: Prior sales experience in Auto & Fire Insurance required Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Auto & Fire Insurance license required Life & Health license preferred If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
