In response to our rapidly expanding operation, we are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. Call Center /Technical Support experience preferred but not required. Must have basic internet knowledge and familiarity with basic computer programs. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
This position responsibilities include visiting with customers over the phone addressing a variety of topics, including: service, billing, collections, support and special projects. Our Customer Service Representatives are valued team members and play a critical role in the growth of our company by delivering positive customer experiences and being ambassadors of the AtLink brand.

Job Responsibilities / Qualifications
(include but not limited to):
Answer inbound / make outbound calls and respond to customer support requests with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and solution-oriented mentality
Call center experience and/or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone skills with excellent verbal and written abilities
Possess a willingness and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Outstanding active listening skills and the ability to engage customers to understand their situation and needs
Ability to diffuse and de-escalate an upset customer
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with supervisors, peers, and customers with refined telephone tact and diplomacy.
Time management skills (dependable, accurate, punctual and detail oriented)
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to be aware of other’s reactions and understand why they react as they do
Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior
High school diploma or equivalent
