Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spartanburg for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of property appearance and performance. Qualifications
Strong tenant relations and lease administration skills SC Property manager licence required Experience with maintenance coordination and property operations Financial reporting and budget management skills Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in property management software and tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred At least 5 years of experience in property management is a plus
