Job Description
As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties.
Will learn the portfolio for this specific client - @48 properties and be able to fill in for property managers as well as assist in capital projects, property inspections, and assistance to other property managers and mobile engineers.
In communication with tenants, in communication with vendors.
They have mobile engineers onsite; they will coordinate with them.
Work with vendors on proposals.
Use P2P, where they do all their contracts, POP, and invoicing
Provide the owners with monthly financial reports, adding various comments, actual budget.
AR need to be on top of tenants if they are not paying rent
Default notices if needed
Responsible for doing expenses in Yardi
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Okay with high school diploma but bachelor’s would be preferred
Team approach
People person, be able to communicate with multiple types of people
MS Office Suite
Higher knowledge of financials and be able to provide variance comments, prepare budgets, CAM Reconciliations
Being very organized, time management
Preferred Skills
Would be a HUGE plus if they had Yardi
Commercial Property management experience - Office and retail would be a huge plus
