As a Portfolio Analyst, you will manage a portion of the investment portfolio and act as the single source of truth for internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating the portfolio, ensuring accurate resource capacity planning, and preparing and monitoring portfolio management activities. A key focus will be on maintaining and improving the scope catalogue and barematic estimations, which are critical for project budgeting and financing allocation. Your Key Responsibilities: Perform daily follow-up, improvement, and monitoring of barematic estimations for project budgeting. Track evolving prices and usage to perform operational analyses and reporting, including feedback loops. Serve as the primary point of contact for catalogue-related requests and changes. Analyze stakeholder requests (purchasing, controlling, finance, engineering, project leaders) to determine if catalogue updates are required. Update scope catalogue items in the system and ensure data accuracy and usability. Understand engineering designs to validate scope item quality. Maintain catalogue integrity through strong data analysis, reconciliation, and automated reporting. Ensure end-to-end visibility from budget scoping to ordering and invoicing processes. Communicate updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders, including coaching and training. Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for information and clarification requests. Will be in contact with various technical (project leaders, engineering experts, program managers) and not technical (Finance, procurement) departments. Portfolio Management Principles
Collaborate with the Head of Portfolio Management Office to define, develop, and continuously improve portfolio management principles. Support the team in other asynchrone improvement process. Your Profile
You have a Master\'s degree in both technical and economic fields or equivalent experience. You have five years\' experience in relevant domains. You are analytical, curious and able to work independently. You have an excellent knowledge of IT such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI. You can collect and analyse data from many different stakeholders and systems. You have the credibility and authority needed to work with managers and have affinity for technical subjects in order to challenge the technical content of investment portfolio or projects budget items. Being familiar with engineering designs is a plus. You are familiar with portfolio and project management methods. Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is mandatory, along with at least a basic working knowledge of the other language. You are a proactive, strong communicator and team player. Offer
