Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.Proven experience leading teams with varying levels of experience and overseeing a broad scope of HR accountabilities.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
