Director of Internal Communications

to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and drive innovative colleague communications and engagement strategies that align with our business goals and vibrant culture. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience engaging with senior executives, showcasing an ability to influence and instill organizational values throughout a complex landscape. This is a hybrid role with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office. Fully remote work is not an option. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory:

Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute comprehensive communication and engagement strategies that align with our firm's priorities and enhance our culture.

Communication Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and oversee internal communications that clearly articulate our strategies, cultural values, and change initiatives.

Colleague Experience:

Drive initiatives aimed at enriching the colleague experience, ensuring engagement activities are impactful, measurable, and aligned with our business objectives.

Values Embedding:

Craft programs and communication strategies that seamlessly integrate Oliver Wyman’s core values into daily operations and decision-making processes.

Change Management:

Support leaders in effectively managing change by providing essential tools, insights, and communications that encourage colleague participation and buy-in.

Measurement & Insights:

Implement metrics and feedback systems to assess engagement levels, utilizing data to refine strategies and demonstrate value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Human Capital, People Experience, and Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging teams to ensure cohesive communication and engagement efforts.

Leadership Presence:

Represent our commitment to internal communications and colleague engagement in senior leadership forums, acting as a trusted advisor.

Be prepared for occasional travel within North America to support regional engagement activities and leadership meetings.

Qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, marketing, colleague engagement, organizational development, or related fields, preferably within professional services or consulting.

A track record of successfully advising senior-level executives.

Expertise in creating and executing engagement strategies that foster cultural alignment and drive business results.

Outstanding strategic communication capabilities, with a knack for crafting and delivering persuasive messages to diverse audiences.

Proven experience in change management and leading complex initiatives across multiple locations.

A data-driven approach, with demonstrated experience leveraging engagement metrics and insights to guide strategy.

A collaborative and empathetic leadership style with strong skills in influencing and managing stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $225,000. Base pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
