QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service, sales, and/or retail banking experience Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement Ability to work in an agile, goal-oriented environment Must be an effective team player, cooperative, flexible and dependable Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Must possess basic math and computer skills Ability to influence and build rapport quickly COMPETENCIES: Customer Focus Perseverance Problem Solving Decision Quality Critical Thinking Oral and Written Communication WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT: This job requires the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
