This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who have completed further or higher education (e.g., A-Levels/equivalent or a university degree) and are looking for a long term, exciting and rewarding career in insurance. Our Associate Client Advisor Program is backed up by our training provider, BPP, who will provide expert insurance training and support alongside an apprenticeship qualification which includes the Cert CII certification and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification. This role has an anticipated start date of February 2026.

The role Associate Client Advisor / Trainee Insurance Broker

We recruit for potential and not industry experience; we are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors to our business and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our apprenticeship funded training programme and attain chartered insurance qualifications

As an Associate Client Advisor in one of our energetic customer focussed teams, and once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients. This can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented

Our Enterprise businesses operate from modern, fit for future offices with easy access via car or public transport routes

This is a permanent, full time role

You will commence your employment on our 18 month apprenticeship programme, on completion of this you will become a Client Advisor

What you need to have

Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc

Excellent customer service skills

Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)

Minimum 5 GCSE's at Grades 9 - 4 (including English & Maths)

Good attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities

Ability to work independently
