Description Purpose of Position:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is delivering an exceptional customer service experience when communicating with our customers and applying extreme attention to accuracy when entering orders. Inside Sales Representatives will face a variety of customer requests; primarily taking orders for delivery, requests for pricing, and advice on our product line. Position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by taking customer orders accurately and courteously to allow the dispatcher and scheduler to arrange for on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Assists in health and safety incident response as needed.
Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Maintain professionalism and composure under stressful conditions.
Identify customer needs and be able to ask clarifying questions.
Upsell value added products when applicable to customers.
Build sustainable relationships with customers, both internal and external.
Provide sales support to customers.
Receive orders and schedule them properly.
Give pricing for COD customers
