This position is responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries and ensuring every OHB customer receives exceptional service.**Responsibilities and Duties:*** Promptly answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and manage customer orders* Professionally handle customer escalations through demonstrating ownership of customer issues and working proactively to resolve issues in a timely manner* Accurately process all payment transactions* Manage customer accounts* Process all orders for daily shipping* Filing all customer information* Qualifications and Skills## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Minimum 1 year experience in customer service* Previous administrative experience preferred* High school diploma or GED- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Knowledge of clerical procedures, including operating a multi-line phone* Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks while remaining organized* Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone* Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines* Bilingual not required but preferred* Job Type: Seasonal**Physical Requirements:*** Frequent sitting, standing, and walking* Constant typing, data entry, and computer use* Occasional bending, reaching, or lifting up to 25 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
