We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Miami-based team. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, problem-solving, and building positive customer relationships within the health insurance industry. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage Provide accurate information and assist members with policy questions, claims status, and basic troubleshooting Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up Adhere to company policies, procedures, and HIPAA compliance standards Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer
